When we first created 1to3 Life, we did it with a mission to create one of the cleanest hydration electrolyte mixes on the market! So, when we were faced with the decision of whether or not to add the anti-clumping agent to our formula (that all our competitors use), we made the decision not to because we didn’t want to add anything to our product that wasn’t essential for hydration and/or taste.Since then, we have found that our product occasionally sticks together due to extreme temperatures (both hot and cold) and is arriving to customers that way. Please know that even though some product may stick together, our product is still 100% effective and good to use. The product is still extremely effective - it might just take some extra effort to get out of the package and stirred into water, but it will dissolve.

We will have new product in the future that will have the anti-clumping agent in it to prevent this. Thank you for the understanding! We will be back with new product soon that’s better than ever!
